WE'RE SO BUSY - WE CAN'T BE RETIRED?!

Jan 9 - Welcome party with copious bahama mamas and dinner courtesy of Ocean Reef.

WELCOME PARTY CRUISERS TABLE

BRUCE AND ESTHER

PAT AND TUTTI

YOU KNOW US....WE'RE WEARING NAME TAGS IN CASE WE FORGET!

Jan 10 - I joined a fitness class (OMG!) while Peter started the instal of a new Sirius Radio system that connects thru our chart plotter.
Before lunch, our friend Pat (from s/v Keltic Kat) came over and reviewed some great pointers on parking a trawler into a slip.  Check out this amazing 'SMART TRAWLER'.....  He built it with his brother-in-law and was on the verge of starting to sell when 911 struck. Unfortunately, that devastated the cruising offshore business as people were afraid of travel.

Lunchtime and I went off to bingo (ya win RUM!!!) while Peter con't his instal.
A beautiful day with 75F temps, no humidity and a constant cool breeze billowing in from the easterlies. We have a great slip location!

WITH THE FULL MOON AT LARGE, THE TIDES ARE XTRA HIGH AND XTRA LOW.  HERE'S THE WATER CHANGE-UP TODAY AT THE BOW OF OUR BOAT.

JUST ANOTHER LOUSY SUNSET IN PARADISE!

Jan 11 - We walked 45 minutes into Port Lucaya with Pat and Tutti, had lunch, and enjoyed THIS entertainment:    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mv-8eOBIlYw
